Petite Caps of Caps is ᴄᴀᴘꜱ (4 characters): ᴄ is U+1D04, ᴀ is U+1D00, ᴘ is U+1D18, ꜱ is U+A731. Under Caps adds U+0332 after each letter, so the count doubles to 8. Caps Overline uses U+0305 instead (8). Mini Cute, which is not a card here, mixes subscript into the same word: ᴄₐₚₛ.

How are small caps different from small text?
The small text generator is three Unicode ideas on one page. Tiny Super of Caps is ᶜᵃᵖˢ, letters from the superscript block that sit high. Tiny Sub of Caps is Cₐₚₛ. Several letters have no subscript, so the missing ones stay full size. Mini Cute of Caps is ᴄₐₚₛ: C is a small capital and the other three letters are subscript.
Petite Caps of Caps is ᴄᴀᴘꜱ. Every letter that this map can turn into a small capital does, and the result stays on the baseline. Six of those cards (Petite Caps, Under Caps, Caps Stars, Caps Parens, Caps Flowers, Wave Caps) also appear in the Small Caps group on the small text page. The superscript and subscript cards do not appear here.

The last two rows are comparisons, not cards above. If ꜱ (U+A731) or ꜰ (U+A730) shows as a box, that font has no Latin Extended-D small capital. ᴀ and ᴘ are older Phonetic Extensions and usually survive. Flags is the check word: ꜰʟᴀɢꜱ.
Which letters are not real small capitals?
Qx in Petite Caps is ǫx. Q is ǫ, U+01EB LATIN SMALL LETTER O WITH OGONEK, a letter used for a vowel in some Latin orthographies. It is not a small capital Q. Unicode encoded a small capital Q later, at U+A7AF in Unicode 13.0 (2020). This map does not call that character. X has no replacement in the map, so it stays x.
Case folds too. ʜᴇʟʟᴏ and ʜᴇʟʟᴏ are the same string. A typeset small-caps font would keep the capital larger than the small caps. Unicode phonetic letters cannot do that. If the word needs a real capital, set it in plain text and put only the rest of the word through Petite Caps.

Do small caps save characters?
No. Petite Caps of Caps is still four characters. They look smaller. They do not shrink the counter. An underline or a star frame spends extra characters on top of those four.
Which small-cap letters use a later Unicode block?
F is U+A730 and S is U+A731, both Latin Extended-D. The other letters in this map are mostly Phonetic Extensions. A font without Latin Extended-D can box F and S and still draw A and P.
Where can I paste small caps?
Bios and display names that accept Unicode. Discord display names allow 1 to 32 characters. TikTok names allow 30. TikTok bios allow 80. Instagram bios allow 150. @usernames reject them.
